  1. This is disk 682 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.
  2. Below is a listing of the significant directories and their contents.

  5. AmiBack        Demo version of Ami-Back v2.0, a nice backup utility for the
  6.         Amiga.  Features include backup to any AmigaDOS compatible
  7.         device (such as floppies, removable hard disks, fixed media
  8.         hard disk, and tape drives), compression, no copy protection,
  9.         configuration files, complete backups, incremental backups,
  10.         selective backups, file exclusion filter, setting of archive
  11.         bit, password protected backups, online help, AREXX support,
  12.         etc.  Demo version does not have restore.  Version 2.0a, an
  13.         update to version 1.04 on disk 517.  Binary only.

  16. CyberCron    A cron utility for AmigaDOS 2.0.  Uses the new, more flexible,
  17.         AmigaDOS 2.0 technique for running programs.  Offers an ex-
  18.         tended set of options that may be specified for any given
  19.         event.  Version 1.3, an update to version 1.2 on disk 656.
  20.         Includes source.

  23. ReqChange    A little program that patches the system requesters to use the
  24.         similar requesters in ReqTools.library.  It also patches the
  25.         ARP requester and all requesters in Req.library.  It is very
  26.         flexible, allowing you to modify where the requester should
  27.         appear, which of the libraries to patch, etc.  Includes a pair
  28.         of small utility programs, GetFile and ReqAsk, that can be
  29.         used in scripts to put up file requesters or other requesters.

  33. RexxHostLib    This is a shared library package to simplify the ARexx host
  34.         creation/management procedure.  Rexx-message parsing is also
  35.         included making it possible to control ARexx from programs
  36.         such as AmigaBASIC (can you imagine AmigaBASIC controlling
  37.         AmigaTeX?).  This is version 37.1, an update to version 36.14
  38.         on disk 403.  This version has been updated for use with Kick-
  39.         start 2.0. Includes source in `C' and assembly language.

  42. Zoom        A fast and efficient floppy disk archiving utility based
  43.         on the data compression / decompression algorithms used by
  44.         lh.library.  Has an Intuition and a Shell interface, fully
  45.         supports Kickstart 2.0, is able to add texts and notes to
  46.         archived output files, knows 274 different bootblock viruses,
  47.         includes a number of compression parameters (such as
  48.         encryption of the output file) and a lot more.  Version 5.4,
  49.         an update to version 4.1 on disk 459.  Binary only.
